Fanzine 93 Editorial.

It was missing, and I didn't realise that you would miss it, too. The reason it was left out was due to the 3 black and white band portraits. If I had included the editorial, one of the photos would have to have been missed out, or two of them would have been squashed onto the one page. I didn't think the band deserved that, so missing out the editorial was the answer. It will be resumed next issue.

The book has gone for printing in Hong Kong. When and where will I be able to buy a copy? I hear you ask. Full details will be posted here, and the appropriate Links given as and when it is ready. It has 220 pages, and the latest news is that it will incude a Limited Edition picture disc.

A Festival date has also been announced for June 6th at Solvesborg, Sweden.

I Have Been Quiet: But for good reason. The Motorhead book, titled 'Live To Win,' which has been in production for the last 2 years, is nearing completion. A 2nd proof copy arrived last week and I have been studiously and painstakingly going through it for errors. There were quite a few in the text which had been dropped in the transfer from my original manuscript to the layout pages, on which the pictures are then added. These were notated and returned to the publisher, the corrections will be made, and then it should go to press.
But there is another Motorhead book which I am also studiously working on, so if I am busy there, the Blogs are bereft here, as you can't have both. You will, eventually, as 2 books, and then all will be understood.

The Fanzine Is Arriving: around the UK and Europe, and never have I been more grateful. #93 was a bit of a nightmare getting posted to say the least.
Pleased at the positive response nevertheless.

Have a great Easter break!

Goutted: It's one of those things which everyone treats as a joke, but gout is very painful, as I found out on Monday morning after a very painful night (thinking that it was cramp!)
So, I can barely walk and wouldn't even risk driving, so the work on sending out the fanzines will be slower, and they won't be posted out until after Easter.
In the past my pride and joy has been getting them into the post box on or before the 1st of the appropriate month, so I feel rather annoyed that I have let you all down.
BUT, there are no offers with associated time factors as there was in December with the T-shirt offer, so I am sure they will be just as welcomed when they do drop through your letter box at a later date.
