Cat Scratch Fewer.

There's a CD turned up on Amazon from Ludwigshafen, Germany, recorded live 1st December 1992 from the 'March Or Die' tour. Looks like it was released in Europe in December 2012. Out here soon but the price is rather high, and it's their error that it is spelled Fewer rather than Fever.
Other than that I know nothing more.
